Who are you?
We started small in 2009, and quickly grew to become a sought after name in the sleep industry. As a company that’s committed to helping you sleep better, we design and test our products in our office on the Jersey Shore, and are constantly upgrading our line based on customer feedback. Our dream team includes designers, knowledgeable customer service reps, product evaluators, and more, all to make sure that every Milliard shopping experience is a positive one.
What do you sell?
We sell a full line of sleep related products like trifolds, mattresses, folding beds, covers, protectors and pads, pet beds, comfort cushions, and more. We are constantly creating, reevaluating, and testing new products, so check back here soon for some new items!
Where do you manufacture your products?
While we design and test our products in our New Jersey office, we manufacture all over the world allowing us to offer top quality American designed items at affordable prices. Many of our products are made in China, Japan, and India, and if you need the country of origin on a specific product, we are happy to help you here.
How do I know your products are safe to use?
We start with the finest materials, and our foam and memory foam products are certified by CertiPUR-US, a third party testing company, to make sure all safety and environmental requirements are met. Additionally, all our products go through a rigorous testing stage where evaluators at our office confirm that the product is safe to use, and will exceed customer expectations.
What is your shipping policy?
Let’s keep this simple: Every order gets free standard shipping! We currently ship to all addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Currently we do not ship to Canada and Military Bases. Expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days. All orders placed before 1:30 PM EST will ship same day, all other orders will ship next business day.
What is your return policy?
All unused items may be returned within 30 days after purchase, no questions asked. Customers will be responsible for return shipment costs and a refund for the item will be issued after its arrival and inspection. For the return of defective items, shipping costs will be reimbursed in addition to a full refund. All items must be returned with the original packaging to be eligible for refund. For this, and all other returns, contact us during business hours, and we will be glad to assist you.
